The area is known for its many hybrid muskies, large
and small mouth bass, lake trout, northern, walleye, catfish a full
range of pan fish. There's also nearly 15,000 acres of public hunting
land.
For golfing there are 3 premier golf
courses that enhance the Green Lake area. Tuscumbia, the state's
oldest golf course, was established in 1897! Lawsonia offers two
18-hole golf courses on the grounds of the Green Lake Conference
Center. Mascoutin, a 27-hole golf course, is only 8 miles away.
The city also offers many parks which
border the water's edge and provide boat launches, athletic fields,
playgrounds and swimming beaches.

sightseeing, skiing, camping, hiking, sailing, skating, kayaking and
